Melbourne Home Consult
A 2-hour in-home consultation over your requested nap or bedtime. Please provide ample time to discuss current sleep issues, goals, lifestyle/parenting preferences, and assess the sleep environment.
Our incredible team will create a personalised and gentle sleep plan and routine that suits your family. Then they will assist you in implementing the plan during your baby's nap time. As part of this consultation, we will discuss a sleep plan as well as additional information to support your little one's sleep, including nutrition tips that promote sleep if needed.
We will also guide you on age-appropriate awake times and dive deep into sleep answering all your questions. To ensure your success, we offer 7 days of unlimited follow-up care via text message. During this time, they can make any necessary adjustments to help you achieve the best possible results.
